Victoria's Secret Model Candice Swanepoel certainly cannot be accused of being shy about flaunting her body.

The curvy blonde adjusted her ample assets as they poured out of a neon green bikini top, yesterday on a beach in St Barts, the South of France, but struggled to contain them.

The top was paired with multi-coloured bikini bottoms as the 22-year-old South African beauty showed off her incredible figure in the tiny two piece.

Candice is in France shooting a new campaign for the lingerie giant, which will feature her in a series of different swimsuits.

She pulled off the obligatory model poses and appeared to be having fun with the shoot - messing about in the water and pretending to throw some seaweed for one humorous shot.

Candice looked tanned and toned in the swimwear, and appeared to have put the controversy she caused over her once-shockingly slim frame behind her.

The pretty blonde later came forward to blame her busy schedule for her weight loss, insisting she hadn't deliberately tried to slim down.

She explained: 'Actually, this year my problem has been more putting the weight on and getting muscle on because it's been really busy.

'I've been travelling around like crazy. I get skinnier if I'm very busy.'

But Candice looked back to her healthy best as she took part in the new campaign and said in a recent interview that she works hard to maintain her figure.

Candice is currently one of the world's most successful models, earning an estimated $3 million in the past 12 months.

And it's certainly not hard to see why she has reached such a high level of success in the modelling world.

'It’s really physical our jobs, yet people don’t realise it. I mean, if you feel healthy and happy with yourselves that’s all that matters, people are going to say things for reasons we don’t know, just focus on yourself and what you’re doing.'

Helen, who plays Rosie Webster on the ITV1 series, jetted off for a continuation of her birthday celebrations from August 7 to stay at The Lindner Hotel.

'She’s having the time of her life at the moment and is really looking forward to what the next year brings.'

She's holidaying at the resort, a favourite with the rich and famous, with singer husband Seal, 48, Leni, seven, and Lou, two, and sons Henry, five, and four-year-old Johan, and they've all been lapping up the gorgeous weather on the beach.

German-born Heidi has still quite quite a tan to top up too on her holiday as a guest at the Hotel Cala di Volpe - where she and Seal bumped into soul singer Macy Gray last night, as Heidi revealed on Twitter. 

Just two weeks ago, she was on holiday with her London-born husband on the Balearic island of Formentera.

The New York-based family are clearly determined to make the most of the Mediterranean this summer.

Instead, Angela Lindvall will step into Heidi's flip flops for the role.

But just like most mere mortals, Heidi had to work hard to get her body in shape in time for bikini wearing - or not - on the beach.

Heidi's toned stomach and legs are the result of daily jogs round New York, which she has upped in recent weeks for a challenge that she set on her website.

Heidi signed up to the AOL Summer Run campaign to encourage people to get out and get fit. 

She said: 'After running many miles, making lots of new running buddies, and pushing myself to the limit the Summer Run is over!

'But don't think that I'm going to stop all my new healthy habits just because I won't be tracking my miles anymore. And I hope you don't either!'

The couple married in a 'beautiful' ceremony on the island in front of their children in an 'intimate' setting on Friday night.

The Dancing with the Stars co-host and the Baywatch star, 39, are said to have said 'I do' on a boat as the sun was setting and are 'extremely happy' at now being husband and wife.

An insider told MailOnline that the couple wanted to marry now as an 'expression of their love' but wanted their nuptials to be 'very private'.

'They had a beautiful ceremony in St. Barts on a sail boat in front of their children', the source said.

'It was a spontaneous decision and wanted it to just be them and their children. The family are an incredibly tight unit and they are very much in love.

'Brooke adores David and he loves her and their family and they can't imagine being with anyone else so they thought it was the right time.'

The couple have been together for five years and have two children together, four-year-old daughter Heaven Rain and three-year-old son Shaya Braven. They became engaged in August 2006.

The television host lay down on the white sand and kept an eye on her children as she topped up her tan before joining them while they had some fun at the beach.

She was later joined by Charvet and her other children and lazed around while they covered her with sand.

Not to be outdone, Charvet showed off his equally impressive physique and played beach tennis with a friend and then jumped into the ocean with his little ones.

Although she has a busy lifestyle with her television show and raising four children, Brooke says she always makes sure to have alone time with Charvet.

'David and I make sure to escape once a week. So maybe on a Sunday night, we'll go out to dinner at a favorite Malibu restaurant,' she shared.

'Or at home we get the candles, the music — the whole deal — and we close the bedroom door. We have a rule in our house that you have to knock on closed doors. Someday the kids might be like, "I smell the candles, I hear Maxwell playing...' but thank God they're not old enough to figure that out yet.'
